keeltrading.com went live on its domain 2026-08-21. The demand window is the three months following: the decision is due 2026-11-21, made from numbers, not vibes.

Inputs to collect at the window

• Cloudflare Web Analytics → language-dimension report (FR-11's designated input): ES-language share of sessions over the window
• Google Search Console (property verified 2026-08-21) → Countries + Language reports: impressions/clicks from ES locales
• Any organic ES-language Discussions participation

Decision rule (record the numbers either way)

• Add ES now — if ES demand is a meaningful share (rule of thumb: comparable to what FR showed pre-commitment, or a clear rising trend)
• Revisit later — otherwise, with the numbers attached and this issue re-dated

Note

The i18n architecture makes ES content + config only (proven twice: AR at launch, FR in a day) — the cost of waiting is zero; the cost of a stale tr→quad translation surface for compliance claims is real (FR-8).
