Deleting tutorials not working in source

This is a note for the future

to delete a tutorial, first switch to deploy, and delete the tutorial out of content, and out of docs. Push deploy. Next switch to source, and pull from deploy. Confirm tutorials are now deleted in source. Push update to source.
