How to use this tool to reorder triangle mesh? It is better to use Boost graph.

Now I need to reorder a large triangle mesh, and I do not know how to integrate with your code? Could you give me some hints ?
If I know how to convert my triangle mesh to graph and back to triangle mesh from graph, this tool can serve as a productive tool in my case of parallel constrained Delaunay triangle mesh generation.
