Add metadata to your repositories, such as compliance frameworks, data sensitivity, or project details.
BranchProtectionsDefault = Default Branch Protections applied to all Repos,
Custom = Using a custom ruleset but not opting out of Branch Protections,
Disabled = No branch protections

maintained_byThe team that maintains this repo.
Allows us to quickly see what team 'owns' a given repo, and will also allow us to search for repositories in our organization by custom properties values (e.g. team-name).
