More than one person with access to triage issues, create and publish new releases, review and approve PRs, contribute to documentation et al.

A single person remaining as the single point of failure for these things.
Additional context
Volunteers will be added to the ParallelSSH organisation with issue triage access initially. Once comfortable, will be given release publish access, which will allow them to publish new releases from existing code. Depending on what they are comfortable with, PR review and approval access is also a possibility. This access will be given to all projects under ParallelSSH organisation, including parallel-ssh and its dependencies ssh2-python and ssh-python.
