Implement Scenario Entities

Connecting scenario entities to system independent causes will help understand the cause constellation and open up possibilities to connect PerCollECT to OpenScenario and OpenDrive for automatic effect analysis.

Add new field in info box with scenario entities based on OpenSCENARIO/DRIVE

A first prototype is implemented in combination with a RadarRami Branch

Node 49 contains two examples of OpenScenario entities and node 50 contains two examples of OpenDrive entities. Unfortunately, I could not find an official OpenDrive class documentation with direct links to the classes. This makes linking the entities a bit ambiguous.
