Scripts to automate creation and updating of arr-scripts?

I was wondering if there are premade scrips for creating an arr-scripts directory and updating the scripts, something like this:

(both to be run in a arr-scripts) folder that's in the same docker folder as the config folders for the arrs)

The scripts auto-update after being setup. the first time.
