cshake: Requesting a published crate

CShake128 and CShake256 were removed from the sha3 crate public interface, and into the cshake crate with the release of 0.11.0.

I'd like to use cshake in the kmac crate submission, which would be cleanest if I can use a published cshake crate.

Do you have an estimate on when publishing is likely? Thanks!

Could you try migrating your PR to it first? Note that cshake does not contain the "core" types and I wondered whether they are needed or not. IIUC your implementation relies on them.

@newpavlov I've migrated the kmac PR to the master version of cshake. The KMAC crate doesn't need the core types and it's mostly cleaner with the new high level API, thanks!
