Remove binary data from repository

Binary data (e.g. documentation PDFs) should be relocated outside the repo since it cannot be revisioned easily.

Without a history re-write (which will break forks & existing clones), unfortunately not possible. Some of the larger files were prior removed in the discussion for #11 but there are still some large commits remaining that I would like to address.

I'd be amenable to doing that and moving the binary data to a wiki or other non-SCM location.

From the #11, I had prior used this command to filter commit history down to those only relevant to source files in the repo:

git-filter-repo --path .github --path .travis.yml --path .gitignore --path examples --path LICENSE-APACHE --path LICENSE-MIT --path README.md --path src --path tests --path Cargo.toml
