"Report an Issue" button doesn't work on shallow render

Describe the bug

Clicking on the "Report an Issue" button doesn't show the report an issue dialog

Reproduction

1. Click on the user avatar
2. Open settings
3. Go to the about section
4. Click on "Report an Issue"
5. Notice how the bug report dialog doesn't show up

Expected behavior

The bug report dialog to show up, exactly the same way if it was opened directly from the settings URL, or from the bug report URL
