[Feature Request]: Multi "root" folder Library

Description

when making a library you can only select one folder and any folders inside that get added, But id like to be able to select multiple folders

Allow users to select multiple folders to add into one library

I can work on this one over the December holidays, if y'all are okay with it. I think there probably needs to be some discussion about defaults, etc.

I think this can be done without making the experience much more difficult for the most users by extending the "library information" dialog and adding there the option to extend said library with extra locations. It doesn't make onboarding much longer and it actually adheres to "simple by default, powerful when needed" philosophy I really like in software
