Add MIDI Display in Primary View, Set Tempo via encoder possible

I'm seeing a distinct lack of easy to set bpm in the ui. I know the tap tempo exists but it is curently a bit laggy at best. This is the idea im working with right now. users would be able to select and update the tempo quickly. I'd also argue that the tap tempo latency should be addressed.

I'm working on this issue right now but figured I'd post it to prevent duplicates

@jpremill separate to my comments in #214 I wanted to get some more information about the laggy tap tempo. Which version of the software are you running?
