database is locked error

I ran search_optuna_adaptive to generate search results.
But I found this error...
I've tried changing options like the timeout setting, and I've tried changing other options as well, but I keep getting the same error.
What version of optima did you use and have you ever encountered this error?

This issue is due to sqlite3, which means that one thread or process has an exclusive lock on the database connection and another thread timed out waiting for the lock the be released.
Try to remove OPTUNA_SEARCH_ADAPTIVE_{}_GSM8K_FIRST{}_{}SHOTS_MAXSCALE{}_SCHEME{}.db or check which process is using it.
