mvn clean build error

I just pulled and tried to build this and got an error. Please be kind, I'm not a Java expert.

It looks like the plugin is trying to depend upon Codenvy 5.2.0-SNAPSHOT, which was wiped from our dependency servers. In the branch that you have, there are some changes that need to be made to the pom.xml dependencies so that it's using the latest libraries that are located in our Maven repository, so pointing to either 5.4.0 or 5.5.0-SNAPSHOT.

Did you have your branch on an older version perhaps?

I really have no idea what the issues is. Is there a prebuilt plugin somewhere I can use?

It's hard to say what the issue is because you cut off the primary error in your output - so we need more details. But in looking at it - you should not be changing this:

Can you point me at a updated/correct POM? I have no idea what I need to change in the POM to get this to work. I don't want to keep bothering you but, I know zero Java and Im just going off what is says on the Che website https://www.eclipse.org/che/docs/openshift/config/.

@sarancruzer the plugin is not maintained. You can change parent version to the latest release though
