Patch to skip content download

An interesting patch would be to allow the Proxy to intercept the cache stage of Brave Frontier (when downloading data from the game server), skip all the downloads and redirect the cache to be read from the game server's content directory (or similar place where the offline mod would be installed).

This would avoid users having a copy of the same resources every time.

Another idea would be a BF specific CDN server that can be used, but that can be subject to shutdowns by Alim so I would prefer a total offline option.

I was thinking the patch would NOP the code loading assets from the server, and be replaced with some form of COCOS2D dynamic loading redirection, then return whatever expected structure the server expected for a graceful skip of the load screen.

This would require us to explore the loading call on the client, and return the data expected at the end of load to redirect to whatever screen the user was expecting to load. (Considering that the load screen appears any time loading is required in game)
