Hi all,

I would like to recommend the SPMS table of pseudopotentials. These pseudopotentials have been designed to be soft and transferable, and extensive tests show that they widely outperform the major SG15 and PseudoDojo ONCV pseudopotentials

I would like to recommend adopting these pseudopotentials into ABACUS as the new default.
