Instead, the image is built directly with [Rockcraft](https://github.com/canonical/rockcraft) from the recipe on the `main` branch of the same [ubuntu-base repo](https://git.launchpad.net/cloud-images/+oci/ubuntu-base), and the rootfs tarballs under the `<codename>-<release>` tags of the [ubuntu-base repo](https://git.launchpad.net/cloud-images/+oci/ubuntu-base) are exported from the Rockcraft build artifacts.
