fix(docker): evaluate device support

With the last setup/scanner known to me, it seemed necessary form Docker (swarm) to support devices, which still does not seem to be implemented:

• Add support for devices with "service create" moby/swarmkit#1244
• Add support for devices moby/swarmkit#3106
• Unable to add devices with "service create" moby/moby#24865

I think there is a new scanner installed now and there might be new ways to access the scanner, so I'd say it can be reevaluated again now if this stack project can be deployed as of today.
