Telegram FOSS features

Hi,
It would be really nice to see some FOSS features in this project, like changing the emoji pack (I love the twemoji one, but choosing a set like in Telegram Desktop would be cool too) and using OpenStreetMaps with the map interface.

Yes, haven't been able to find these things, for this reason I'm still using the old Telegram FOSS. I was looking for something more up to date like this project
