HTTP based MCP server instead of the stdin/stderr one #284

Description

@RLoris

Hi, first of all, kudos, it's a nice project !
I'm using obsidian, and I wanted a headless/lightweight service running on my NAS with MCP to connect local llm to my knowledge notes.
I'm not a fan of the MCP implementation because it's hard to setup within open-webui mcpo.
Ideally, you should pass an env variable in the compose file MCP_ENABLED=true and it would fire the http web server and listen on another port you would expose (ideally a single container for the web and mcp with 2 ports exposed, but 2 containers is fine too I guess).
Here, it's a docker command that fires up a container that is used to communicate with mcp server, so you need docker CLI available + exposing docker socket, not ideal for multiple reasons.
My end goal is to have an agent able to explore the graph notes database (links, tags, keywords, folders) with CRUD operations, in obsidian you can add a tag easily and everywhere, here it must live in the note metadata, not ideal as well. These are the 2 issues that I noticed straight away and blocked me to achieve the wanted goal.
I'm leaving this feedback in case others are affected and also to improve your nice project.
Thanks, feel free to close the issue if it's not planned/wanted, I would understand.
Cheers
