Disable tips

Problem Statement

sentry issue view currently includes a Tip: output. I'd like to have a way to disable that because it's additional information to read and ignore.

Note: I'm currently on 0.42.2 from homebrew

hey @axelson! are you saying this because you run it with an agent and you don't want to consume more context?

When I run it manually I don’t want to read unnecessary tips and when I run it via an agent I don’t want to spend context on it. If o want my agent to be aware of it then I’ll add that in my skill.

makes sense, we have a sentry cli defaults command where this could fit in.

thanks! opened #1414 for this — adds a global --no-tips flag and a SENTRY_DISABLE_TIPS env var to suppress the Tip: footers (the cache-age footer stays, since it's a staleness indicator rather than a tip). it's in review now.
