Describe the bug

20260611-0709-53.6097848.mp4

The video shows me typing the first line, pressing ctrl + enter which enters a line break, then typing the second line, then pressing ctrl + q which enqueues the command.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 1.0.61.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Run a command in Copilot CLI. While the command is running...
  2. Type "first line" -- the instruction "ctrl+enter enqueue" should be shown
  3. Press ctrl+enter -- a line break should be added to the prompt line
  4. Press ctrl+q -- the prompt should be enqueued

Expected behavior

Expected ctrl+enter to enqueue the second command
