[Feature] Logs-via-graphql: Return an error when feature not supported

Description

Returning an error will make it clear when an indexer is not supporting the _logs {} query. Having clarity on which indexers support _logs query on which subgraphs will be important clarity in managing indexing agreements.

Are you aware of any blockers that must be resolved before implementing this feature? If so, which? Link to any relevant GitHub issues.
