Caller Refactoring

We should use the Clang/LLVM API instead of calling external binaries. For example, the older version used this

Places where refactoring is needed:

• Add NonDet pass
• Add Analysis pass
• Link Map2Check C libraries
• Generate ByteCode

Also, some other fixes for caller (we should open an issue for Caller class only):

• Stop using system and use Boost.Process
• Check if we can use Klee API instead of calling binary
• Use Boost Regex library instead of 'sed' command
• Use Boost filesystem API
• Check if we can use Crab API
