[FEATURE]: Localised Weapon/Armour names/traits/features

What problem is solved?

Currently all traits/types/fire_modes are in English and I would like to use translated versions for my bot.

What is the solution?

Add translated names for traits etc.

I'm not sure what you use to populate the data (might be the excel?) but from what I can tell AH has translated them all and you can access them in-game.

What value does this add?

Accessibility for those that prefer their main languages or can't speak English

We'd need a reproducible way to get the translations for those items it sounds like :)

Think the only reliable way would be to either pull a Shalzuth, or manually go through each language in-game to copy it down

This is the link that I use personally, it will need some reconfiguring to support localization of each item

manual maintenance of translations is the less ideal solution I'd very much like to avoid as far as possible.
