Every page has the same <title>

The title of the page should match the h1. The are countless benefits of good, unique titles (and not just SEO).

For example, I'd like to go back to a pattern I read in the past. So I enter the URL, and get these unhelpful suggestions in the address bar:

If I wanted to the find the page for Answer injection I could have started typing 'injection' in the address bar, and the right page would be suggested. Right now I cannot.

This feels similar to how Liberating Structures did it. See example: https://www.liberatingstructures.com/ecocycle-planning

Contrary to my suggestion in #41 to add numbers to the slides, I would suggest NOT adding numbers to these URL's. This allows for renumbering in the future, but allowing cached links to continue working. This is also a lesson from Liberating Structures. They used to embed the number in the link (e.g. https://archive.liberatingstructures.com/31-ecocycle-planning/), but apparently they've had a site rewrite. I'm familiar with the one that was active for a decade or so (https://archive.liberatingstructures.com/). It's great to see that they cleaned up this minor waymaking issue.
