ERROR: Couldn't detect port automatically but no manual ttyS corresponds?

Mint 21. In configure.py GUI port list I have ttyS0 - ttyS31. But as far as I could tell the display isn't listed as a tty in Linux. Tried random ttyS entries with no success.

Did some ttyUSB* and/or ttyACM* appear in the list? My display reports as ttyACM0 (Turzx 3.5")
