Fix "Relevance" sorting!

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Chrome (including Arc, Brave, Opera, Vivaldi)

Describe the bug

Why plugins that have over 4 - 5k downloads, constant update, and etc. are on the 3 - 4 page on the list, but crappy plugins that are not maintaned, have 0 likes and almost no downloads get to the first or the second page?

Steps to reproduce

1. Make searching actually search for the good stuff.
2. Don't put unmaintained plugins at the top of the website.
