Quilt 26.1 not able to download hashed jar

Please confirm the following.

• I checked the existing issues for duplicate problems
• I have tried resolving the issue using the support portal
• I have ensured my Modrinth App installation is up to date

What version of the Modrinth App are you using?

Modrinth App 0.15.4 windows 10.0.19045

What operating systems are you seeing the problem on?

Windows

Describe the bug

if trying to download quilt 26.1 or any higher version i get this error:

An error occurred

Error launching Minecraft: Could not canonicalize library path E:\Modrinth\meta\libraries\org/quiltmc/hashed/26.1/hashed-26.1.jar: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden. (os error 2)

it will pretend to download the jar but if checking there is no jar in that folder, lower verions like 1.21.11 work fine.

Steps to reproduce

try to run quilt 21.1, also make sure you not already have the hashed jar so it tries to actually download it
