Make and use own dialog component

Issue

The markup for the Thaw UI Dialog component is inflexible, is hard to modify for our use-case (changing layout and adding UI overlays) and produces incorrect semantic HTML. See the 2-carousel-ui-suggestion-0 branch for attempt. See thaw-ui/thaw#444 for details about HTML produced.

Solution

Make a new component for our use-case.
