Add past/references page

• Section 1 - Focus on the company
• Section 2 - Project we've completed with different companies
  • Should be content that can be extended with details
  • One picture
  • Colors for each Project?
• Section 3 - Cards similar to the homepage but clickable which then turn around with Details
• Load data from the references folder
• Add feature flag and rename ReferencesSection to FeaturedSection which only loads the references with the featured flag
