That's not really the place for it, you would be better off on Discord. But if you have staked them on root, then you should be able to just unstake them. Why exactly can't you access/unstake them yourself? @Micheleem123 |

Hi, I urgently need help recovering 199 TAO.
I accidentally used a staking/unstaking action in the TAO.com wallet while trying to send 199 TAO to my Bitvavo deposit address.
The 199 TAO disappeared from my wallet and now appear on-chain as Root Stake / SN0. I cannot access or unstake them myself.
Does anyone know exactly how this can be unstaked/recovered, and who controls the key/address needed to do it?
Any technical help would be greatly appreciated.
I can provide the transaction hash and addresses if needed.
