We should look into bumping the packageManager in package.json to yarn 4, we're still using yarn 1.22 in this repo.
Use #103 as a basis for what the updates will likely look like (minus the FeedbackModal updates, those were for a separate issue). May need to run yarn set version stable locally when making these updates and trying to yarn install stuff
