New feature motivation
Currently, manual controls that have no findings or checks cannot be marked as completed or muted. It would be useful to have a way to mark these controls as completed or muted to better track compliance status. Because we are not able to reach 100% compliance without that.
For example, in the next screenshot, I would like to mark as pass those 3 controls but I am not able to do it.

Let them be MUTED or PASS.
