Add support for EV charger schedules

set-schedule
Create a new schedule. The newly created schedule is not yet active on the charger

Must not be greater than 30 characters.

periods string[]
periods[].start_time string
Must be a valid date in the format H:i.

periods[].end_time string
Must be a valid date in the format H:i.

periods[].limit number
Must be between 6 and 32.

periods[].days integer[]
Must be at least 0. Must not be greater than 6.
