stackit_ske_cluster output value for serviceAccountIssuer URL

Problem description

The serviceAccountIssuer URL is needed to set up the service account workload identity, currently we have to retrieve this value using the stackit cli manually, breaking the automation to create the service account.

Proposed solution

Add the read-only serviceAccountIssuer output for the stackit_ske_cluster resource.

thanks for reporting this issue.
With the latest release v0.102.0, it is possible to retrieve the serviceAccountIssuer value in output.
