chore: integrate ndk alignment

Blocked by the updated Bitkit Core, LDK Node, VSS client, and Paykit Android package releases tracked as subissues of the parent epic.

Scope

• Update the version catalog to consume each package released by the repository-specific NDK alignment issues.
• Keep Bitkit Android's stable and internal release configuration on r28b / 28.1.13356709.

This issue is complete when all updated dependency versions are integrated together in Bitkit Android.
