CodeActionMenu freezes Neovim if rust_lsp is attached to the buffer

If I issue :CodeActionMenu in a Python buffer with ruff-lsp attached, Neovim becomes completely unresponsive.

I don't experience this issue when using vim.lsp.buf.code_action()

I am wondering if it has to do with the fact that ruff-lsp always has actions, but that they may have no diff. astral-sh/ruff-lsp#91 but that is a shot in the dark.

I haven't experienced this issue when ruff-lsp is detached, or in other languages with other language servers.
