Thanks for this great bazel rule. Can you please create a version tag? The code hasn't changed in the past 7 months, so I think it's safe to create one day.
And that would allow to reference this repository as

tag = "0.1",

rather than

commit="<appropriate SHA1 for some commit>",

Do the rules still work for the current bazel? I haven't looked at them for quite some time. wt
