**Contract-inventory deltas:** `lance_graph_supervisor::kanban_actor` is now visibility-only — `PhaseCensus` (new), `mul_target`, `parse_kanban_step`; `KanbanActor`/`KanbanMsg`/`KanbanRouteError` + 5 RPC drivers DELETED. `lance_graph_planner::nars::stance` (new module, lifted from the probe example). `deepnsm_v2::corpus` (new module). onebrc-probe `lane-e` feature no longer depends on supervisor/ractor.

`crates/jc/src/stats.rs` — **κ** (`cohen_kappa`, the gap that blocked **D3's fusion falsifier**, now closed), **ω** (`omega_total`), **φ** (delegating to `pearson`, `&[bool]` input), **R / R²** (`multiple_r_squared`, OLS with intercept), **η²** (`eta_squared`), and the significance companions (`t_test_one_sample` / `_paired` / `_welch` / `_student`, `anova_one_way`) over one shared regularised-incomplete-beta core. **107 lib + 11 doctests green, clippy-clean.**

**Head at merge:** `a214c65` (39 commits, the original #891 branch's first arc, split out for reviewability). 34 files, +10,645/−531.

- **Added.** `deepnsm_v2::corpus` (Gutenberg parser: full-footer match + exact-`***` skip; `CorpusSplit::crossed_new_testament` G1b two-sided gate; 9 lib tests in CI), `lance_graph_planner::nars::stance` (the lifted `stream`/`Interner`/`ReadOut`/`stance_panel`), examples `blw_binding`/`blw_tenant`/`blw_rows`/`blw_fusion`.
- **Locked.** The whole book actually runs: 31,102 verses / 40,767 triples; `reason_whole_book` fixed point with `dropped == 0`. An owner is a TENANT, not a shard (the 64-owner tiling RETRACTED — it fabricated 63 tenants; both offending harnesses deleted, one of them green-on-a-fabricated-shape). D-BLW-2 measured KILL; D-BLW-3 shipped+measured (attribution later regraded cohort-relative); D-BLW-4 3.27× at T=4 under its OWN harness gates (not the D-KIA-A2 protocol).
