Summary

  • port the complete WS2025 320/321/296 resource overlays to macOS Author
  • keep Registry contracts, writable CSP paths, and CEL compliance identical to main
  • port global MOF export hardening and package-time version-resolution guidance
  • preserve macOS author-only capability and release history

Validation

  • main/mac WS2025 YAML structures are identical
  • targeted Vitest: 37 passed
  • public packaging guards: 8 passed
  • no package version changes in this parity PR

Keep all 320/321/296 resources while canonicalizing Registry contracts, replacing read-only CSP paths, and translating compliance schemas to CEL.
