Release

• Bumps Windows/Linux package and lockfile records to 0.3.94.
• Includes the reviewed dev-only brace-expansion 5.x fix at 5.0.8.
• Finalizes public packaging, privacy, licensing, community policy, and synthetic screenshot release notes.

Validation

• Dependency-free public-package guard and 8 focused Node tests pass.
• Version, lockfile integrity, public-registry, release-reference, and diff-scope checks pass.
• Local npm is blocked by organizational policy; GitHub CI is authoritative.

The existing v0.3.93 draft/tag will be deleted only after this replacement release and the macOS replacement are built and verified.
