I am revisiting this based on the discussion in this thread: ChEB-AI/python-chebai-graph#40 (comment) The best solution IMO is to provide both paths (bare-bone chebifier and install models yourself vs. get everything with one command). I tested the new pyproject.toml and it installs everything correctly (modulo the torch_geometric dependency). |

We are missing some of the dependencies. Was there a reason for excluding them?
Did we want to make some optional (in case someone is not interested in all models? Are there problems with the installation?
