Live Control incorrect #18

When selecting a shocker and pressing "enable live control" the tracker stays selected but it can't actually be triggered if the permission is missing. The ui just doesn't work and the logs show errors.

Fix: Don't show the enable live controls button when the live permission doesn't exist
