Prepare open-source self-hosted release

What changed

• removes retired commercial licensing and hosted importer behavior from active WordPress, web, and Figma flows
• makes WordPress, web, and Figma self-contained, including locally bundled Inter
• adds WordPress and Figma third-party license inventories to release archives
• adds open-source boundary and high-severity dependency gates
• adds a live Docker/WP-CLI test of the packaged WordPress ZIP
• documents self-hosting, Figma installation, privacy, security, and release behavior
• hardens WordPress activation, requirements checks, and REST authentication behavior

Why

The repository is moving from a commercial private product to an MIT-licensed project that users can build and self-host without Core Framework accounts, license servers, or hosted import services.

Impact

Tagged releases now contain self-contained WordPress and Figma artifacts. Pull requests and releases exercise the WordPress ZIP in a real disposable WordPress environment before publishing.
