• move beta deployment from the unavailable self-hosted runner to the mainnet GCP VM through Workload Identity Federation and IAP
• run beta as an isolated Docker Compose project with dedicated PostgreSQL and Redis volumes while sharing the local AvalancheGo archive RPC
• route beta.doscan.io through the existing VM edge Caddy and retire legacy local beta endpoints and committed placeholder secrets
• stop confirmed orphan explorer containers only during the beta deployment while preserving the edge Caddy and all legacy volumes
