## Motivation Publishing v0.38.1 to PyPI [failed](https://github.com/DataDog/datadog-agent-dev/actions/runs/34866124081/job/104052131070) because the publishing action’s bundled Twine version rejects package metadata version 2.5. Updating the action to [v1.14.2](https://github.com/pypa/gh-action-pypi-publish/releases/tag/v1.14.2) adds support for this metadata version. 04a1010
