What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Fixes DOCS-10705
Adds three rows to the granular access control table (AWS Accounts, Azure App Registrations, and Google Service Accounts), since customers looking specifically for cloud provider access control may not immediately connect that need to the existing "Integration Accounts" row.
