The code looks good to me!
I think the components aren't being used anywhere in the I14 page (please correct me if that's wrong!) so I couldn't confirm if the new components behave as expected. Assuming they've been verified locally to work as expected, this looks good to merge.

Yes, that's correct, the components added are not currently on the I14 page as array values aren't able to be passed to the workflow template URL yet. |
