Env / Network setup

Fixed some environment problems + got the platform ready for development and wrote some tasks, to summarise:

• Updated github actions to lower the unnecessary usage (doesn't apply here lmao)
• Updated the probe's dockerfile to have more tools
• Changed from junos to srlinux so we can actually run things across dev machines
• Configured ospf on the ISLs and got basic l3 routing working on the network
• Added auto-generated clab testing files (can be removed at a later date)
• Set barebones for ansible automation up
• Updated readme with IP addressing schema and more tasks

Left the following env tasks out:
